Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before using the Qilo website or services (the “Service”) operated by Qilo (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

  1. Service Overview

Qilo is a personalized, AI-powered assistant designed to help users automate tasks, manage information, and increase productivity. The Service includes access to a self-hosted AI agent configured for each client, integrations with select third-party platforms, and ongoing feature updates with an active subscription.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Qilo. By using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

  1. User Responsibilities

By using Qilo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful, authorized purposes
  • Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Not upload any content or files that contain viruses or harmful code
  1. Setup and Subscription

Each client pays a one-time setup fee and a recurring subscription fee (monthly or annual). The setup fee covers AI agent configuration and onboarding. The subscription fee includes hosting, updates, core support, and access to all eligible features.

Ownership: You own your individual Qilo agent. The subscription maintains hosting, support, and continuous access to updates and feature enhancements.

Qilo reserves the right to change fees with prior notice.

  1. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely via our third-party billing provider. You agree to keep your payment information accurate and up to date. Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  1. Third-Party Services

Qilo integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Airtable, and HubSpot. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts with these services and authorizing Qilo to access them on your behalf.

We are not liable for changes, limitations, or disruptions originating from third-party platforms.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and systems used in or related to Qilo are the intellectual property of Qilo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our express written permission.

  1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

  1. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Qilo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your hosted Qilo agent unless otherwise arranged.

  1. Disclaimers

The Qilo Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We'll walk you through the setup process to configure your private Qilo assistant. This process will take about 20-30 minutes to complete, with a series of simple steps to set up your servers and backend infrastructure.

Create Hostinger Account

Please sign up with our partner link and purchase the following:

Premium Web Hosting (12 months)
A Domain of your choice

Create your Hostinger Account

Grant Access to Hostinger

  1. Go to Account > Account Sharing
  2. Click Grant Access
  3. Enter:
    • Email: setup@qiloai.com
    • Role: Admin
    • Services: Select All
  4. Click Grant Access

Set Up DigitalOcean

Sign up for DigitalOcean and add a valid payment method to your account. This ensures your AI assistant can be deployed on a secure cloud server.

  1. Create Digital Ocean Account
  2. Click Get Started and create your account
  3. Add your payment method under Billing
  4. Confirm once completed

Share DigitalOcean Access

Grant Qilo access to your DigitalOcean account so we can deploy your AI assistant. Please follow the steps below before confirming.

  1. In your DigitalOcean dashboard, go to the left menu and click Settings.
  2. Select Invite Team Members.
  3. Enter the email: setup@qiloai.com
  4. Set Role to Member.
  5. Uncheck: "Require a team secure sign-in method"
  6. Click Send Invite.

Create Pinecone Account

To enable vector database support, please create a free Pinecone account and grant access to our team using the steps below.

  1. Create a Free Pinecone Account
  2. Once signed in, open the right-hand menu and navigate to Access.
  3. Enter setup@qiloai.com in the Invite by Email field.
  4. Set the Organization Role to Owner.
  5. Click Send Invite.

Share Credentials

To connect your platforms, we need secure access. Please send a password-protected document with your credentials for the tools listed below to support@qiloai.com.

  1. Create a password-protected PDF or DOC file.
  2. Inside the document, include login credentials for the following platforms:
    • Google
    • Airtable
    • Hubspot
    • SerpApi
    • OpenAI
  3. Ensure that usernames, passwords, and any 2FA backup codes are clearly labeled.
  4. Keep the password simple but secure.
  5. Do not share credentials in the body of the email — only send the protected document as an attachment.
